the Chocolate
Our chocolate is handcrafted in small batches using ethically sourced chocolate.
Each mold is polished and artfully painted using colored cocoa butter. We then temper Valrhona chocolate, and create a thin outer chocolate shell. Next, comes the filling. Each bonbon is filled with beautifully balanced ganache, caramel, gianduja, pate de fruit etc. The bonbons are then sealed with a final layer of tempered chocolate. The process is extensive and can take up to 2-3 days to complete.
We are inspired by global flavors, the changing seasons, and delicious bites that bring us comfort.
