Anna Martinez is the owner and chocolatier of Voulez-Vous Fine Chocolates, which she founded in 2022. After starting her chocolatier journey in Denver in 2017, she now crafts small-batch, handcrafted bonbons using high-quality ingredients, and ethically sourced Ecuadorian chocolate, blending artistry with bold, thoughtful flavors.

Anna has completed the Professional Chocolatier Program through Ecole Chocolat and continued her training in Costa Rica, where she completed the Ecole Chocolat Graduate Program in chocolate making. She also traveled to Bucharest, Romania, earning Level 1 & 2 certifications in chocolate tasting from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting.
People always ask how the name Voulez- Vous came about. It was inspired by the Voulez-Vous song by ABBA — one of her favorite songs from childhood. The name felt playful, memorable, and full of personality, which made it the perfect fit for my chocolate business.
“Voulez-Vous” translates to “do you want?” — a fitting name for handcrafted chocolates designed to be shared, gifted, and enjoyed.
